Ashwin Nitnaware — AI Researcher and Director at Nitpeak Technologies
Who I AmAbout Me
I research and build AI systems that reason, plan, and act, with a focus on agentic AI, NLP, and AI security. That research thread goes back to my undergrad, where I graduated with two published works on mask detection and blockchain-based banking, and has continued through technical peer review for IEEE ICAIMS 2026 and IEEE GSCon 2027, and most recently a co-authored paper on mitigating prompt injection attacks in multi-agent systems.
As a Data Analytics Research Assistant at Oakland University, I designed NLP workflows on textual data, used NLTK and SpaCy for preprocessing and entity recognition, and ran regression and hypothesis testing in R and SPSS to validate research hypotheses. I built sentiment analysis and classification models on unstructured datasets to surface behavioral and language-based predictors, and kept the work reproducible with version-controlled research code.
I also take research ideas all the way to production. I started by founding Panda Tech Bytes and building ARIA, an autonomous agentic AI assistant, end to end, from agent architecture and tool-use frameworks to production AI serving infrastructure on GCP. ARIA became the prototype for CareerARIA, which I now lead as Director of Product & Operations at Nitpeak Technologies Private Limited. CareerARIA is an AI career platform for job seekers in India and international students in the US, live today with resume analysis and ATS scoring, an AI cover letter builder, LinkedIn profile optimization, interview prep, company and salary research, application tracking, and ARIA Chat as the AI advisor at its core.
Building and running CareerARIA showed me where agent systems actually break under real users, and that's what shapes the research questions I care about now: multi-agent orchestration, tool-use frameworks, AI security, and the gap between what works in a paper and what survives production. Open to research collaborations and academic conversations.
